Hello adventurers,
We here at Tinker Troll Games have been busy getting Epic Brick Adventures rolling.
By now you should have received and hopefully completed your survey. If you haven’t looked at it yet, and you’ve never seen a BackerKit survey before, this is how we know where to send your products and what specific products you’re looking to have. (for example, if you backed a reward that included a Bag of Bricks, the survey will ask you what colour you’d like the bag to be.
If you haven’t received a survey, please let us know!!!
If you haven’t filled it out yet, consider this your next quest.
We are currently working with our artists to create characters, creatures, tools, vehicles, and scenes, working with writers to create adventures and putting the finishing touches on the Core Rulebook. We’re pretty busy!
To whet your appetite, here is a new piece of art that will be used as a chapter heading in the "Create Your MiniHero" section created by Leandro Notado. He is a fabulous artist that has recently joined us to do all the main chapter illustrations.
We have spent a fair amount of time in the redesign of our MiniHeroes to give them a distinctive look.
I will do my best to keep you folks posted on new news and upcoming news on the game design.

Hello adventurers!
By now you should have a handy-dandy survey in your inbox. We sent it out Friday, so if you haven’t seen it yet do you check your junk files. (It’s coming from BackerKit.)
If you want your Rewards you MUST complete the Survey.
If you backed for physical items, this is where you give us your address so we can send them to you. If you’d really like to get your hands on the Deck of Creatures: Monsters of Unusual Creation or the GM Screen or Adventure Series, this is where you tell us. And lastly, if you’ve ordered a Bag of Bricks, here is where you choose your colour!
Just a reminder regarding the Bag of Bricks. You will only need one per game table. Each player does not need their own Bag of Bricks. The GM and the Players all share. If you have ordered more than you need, we can change that at this point as well.

Hello adventurers!
We just sent out the smoke test for our BackerKit survey. This is like the beta test of a survey. If you received a survey, please be kind; you are the beta tester! Please do let us know if you spot any potential problems or if you have any questions. Oh, and fill it out, so we have all the information that we need to get your Epic Brick Adventures to you when they’re ready.
If you didn’t receive a survey today, you will receive it in about two days after we have corrected any mistakes or confusion on our smoke (Beta) test.

The bricks are settling into place!

Hello adventurers!
Before anything else, the important bit:
Thank you.
Not the polite, automated kind of thank you. The real one. Thank you.
So here’s where things stand.
The Creation Phase
We are deep in creating, writing and illustrating the Core Rulebook, Adventures, MiniHeroes Guide and Deck of Creatures. This is the fun stage! We get to build, create, write stories, design monsters, tweak rules and generally do all the stuff we’ve been looking forward to for months!
A rough sketch...
We aim to have the PDFs finished by the end of August.
We’ll keep you posted as we get closer.
Late Pledges
Good news for anyone with a friend who hesitated, blinked, and missed the campaign:
Late backer pledges will stay open until around that same time, the end of August.
That’s the point where we send all the digital files off to the printers with final, confirmed numbers. After that, the door closes, the print run is set, and the presses begin doing their loud, wonderful work.
So if you know someone still muttering “I really meant to back that,” now is the moment to nudge them. Gently. Or with a telegram toted by a dragon. Your call.

P.S. End of August is the big internal milestone: PDFs finished, late pledges closing, files to the printer. If you’ve been meaning to tell a friend about the project, that’s your friendly deadline.
P.S.S. When I went to post this Update, I realized that I had written a lovely thank you Update the day the campaign ended, but in all the excitement, I missed hitting the Publish button!
I apologize for leaving you hanging and not saying "Thank you" sooner. (Canadians, like myself, are required to apologize at least 6 times per day.)
